The England national team defeated the Greece team away in the 5th round of the group stage of the 2024/25 Nations League season. The match at the Olympic Stadium in Athens ended with a score of 0:3.
Already in the 7th minute of the match, Ollie Watkins put the visitors ahead. Towards the end of the match, the Three Lions brought the matter to a rout – in the 78th minute, the ball after a shot by Jude Bellingham hit the post, after which it flew into the goal off the back of the Greek goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos.
