Daniel Lapin will fight for the IBF Intercontinental and WBA Continental light heavyweight titles.
It has become known with whom the Ukrainian light heavyweight boxer Daniel Lapin will fight in the undercard of the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury, which will take place on December 21 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
According to the LuckyPunch Telegram channel, the 27-year-old Ukrainian will face undefeated Frenchman Dylan Colin (14-0, 4 KOs).
Two titles will be at stake in the 10-round fight: IBF Intercontinental and WBA Continental.
In his previous fight in May of this year, on the undercard of the first Usyk-Fury fight, Lapin knocked out Portuguese Octavio Pudivitra in the first round, winning the vacant WBA Intercontinental light heavyweight title.
Daniel remains undefeated in the professional ring. His track record includes 10 wins (4 by knockout) in 10 fights.
It should be noted that Lapin will not be the only Ukrainian who will box on the undercard of the Usyk-Fury rematch. It was previously reported that 29-year-old native of Vinnytsia Serhiy Bogachuk will enter the ring against Israil Madrimov from Uzbekistan.
Also on the undercard of the Usyk-Fury rematch Denis Berinchyk was supposed to defend his WBO lightweight title, but his fight with Briton Joseph Cordina could not be organized, and another opponent has already been found for the Ukrainian. The date and place of the fight will be announced later.
