In the matches of the 16th round of the English Premier League (EPL) season 2024/25“Arsenal”drew with Everton at home (0:0), while Liverpool shared points with Fulham at home (2:2).
In the goalless match, Everton's Ukrainian defender Vitaliy Mykolenko entered the field in the starting lineup and played until the final whistle. His colleague in the same position, Oleksandr Zinchenko, was left out of Arsenal's squad for the match due to injury.
Arsenal (30 points) are third in the Premier League, 6 points behind leaders Liverpool, who have a game in hand. Everton are 15th with 15 points.

In a parallel match, Andreas Pereira scored against Liverpool in the 11th minute. Six minutes later, the Merseysiders were left with one man down – Andrew Robertson earned a straight red card.
At the start of the second half, Arne Sloth's men bounced back – in the 47th minute, Cody Gakpo scored an accurate shot, assisted by Mohamed Salah.
The visitors took the lead again in the 76th minute – Rodrigo Muniz scored. But Liverpool still managed to avoid defeat – in the 86th minute, Diogo Jota snatched a draw for the championship leader.
Liverpool (36 points) remains at the top of the Premier League. The gap between the Merseyside club and its closest pursuer, Chelsea, is 5 points. Fulham are in 9th place with 24 points.
