Mykhailo categorically stated that he was not involved in the entry of a prohibited substance into his body.
Chelsea and Ukraine national team footballer Mykhailo Mudrik, who passed a positive doping test, underwent an independent polygraph procedure in London.
As reported by TaToTake, Mikhail categorically stated that he was absolutely not involved in the entry of a prohibited substance into his body and in no way consciously used mildronate.
The source claims that the polygraphists' interpretation of the 23-year-old footballer's reactions showed that the Ukrainian national team player's answers to the detector were several times higher than the average confidence level. That is, with a high probability, they were completely honest.
Recall that on the night of December 17, it became known that Mudrik had tested positive for doping. The prohibited substance meldonium was found in the footballer's “A” sample. Mikhail was temporarily suspended from football.
It is expected that the “B” sample will be opened in the coming days. After that, it will become clear whether Mudrik faces disqualification and, if so, how long it will be.
Mudrik himself has already confirmed the information about his positive doping test, making a statement on social networks. Mikhail assured that he did not intentionally use any prohibited substances and promised to tell the details of the situation when the investigation is over.

This season, Mudrik played 15 matches for Chelsea in all tournaments, scoring three goals and making five assists.
The last time Mudrik was included in the Chelsea squad was on December 1 for the Premier League match against Aston Villa, which he spent on the bench. Since then, Mikhail has been left out of his team's squad for four matches in a row. The head coach of the London club, Enzo Maresca, reported that the Ukrainian was ill.
