Ukrainian tennis player Dajana Yastremska (No. 72 WTA) reached the final of the WTA 500 tournament in Linz, Austria.
In the semifinals, the 24-year-old native of Odessa confidently defeated Clara Tauson (No. 39 WTA) from Denmark. The match lasted 1 hour 46 minutes and ended with a score of 6:1, 6:4.

This was the second face-to-face meeting between the tennis players. In February 2022, Dayana beat Tauson at the tournament in Dubai.
