Bayern Munich manager Vincent Kompany has shared his thoughts on what makes his club special.
“Even though the club is global and extremely advanced in terms of branding and commercial side, it remains traditional,” Kompany said. “Wherever Bayern goes, it is still the club that people associate with from the 1990s, 80s, 70s or 60s. That tradition lives on every day at this club.”
Kompany also stressed that Bayern is committed to future success while preserving its heritage.
“Of course we are trying to continue the next chapter of this club and you also feel the full strength and full dedication to achieving football success in the future,” the coach added.
