Усик против Дюбуа: промоутер украинского чемпиона рассказал, где может состояться бой за "абсолюта"

Alexander Krasyuk said that he is already organizing a rematch between the Ukrainian and the Briton.

Alexander Krasyuk , promoter of WBA, WBO, WBC and IBO heavyweight champion Alexander Usyk , commented on his client's potential fight with Daniel Dubois , who holds the IBF title.

He said that he is currently organizing a fight between the Ukrainian and the Briton. According to the promoter, one of the possible venues is the Wembley Arena in London.

“We are currently working on organizing this fight, Wembley is one of the possible options,” Krasuk told Sky Sports.

It should be noted that the potential fight between Usyk and Dubois will involve the title of absolute world heavyweight champion. The Briton is set to take revenge on the Ukrainian for his defeat in August 2023. Then, in Wroclaw, Poland, Alexander knocked out Daniel in the ninth round and defended his WBO, WBA, IBO and IBF heavyweight titles.

In May 2024, Usyk defeated Briton Tyson Fury and became the absolute world heavyweight champion. Then, due to a rematch with the “Gypsy King”, the Ukrainian refused to make a mandatory defense of the IBF title against Dubois and vacated the belt, thus losing the “absolute” title.

The 38-year-old Usyk has 23 wins (14 by knockout) in 23 fights. In his last fight, the Ukrainian defeated Briton Tyson Fury in a rematch in December 2024.

The 27-year-old Dubois has 22 wins (21 by knockout) in 24 fights. The Briton nicknamed “Dynamite” has two losses – to Joe Joyce in 2020 and to Usyk himself in 2023. In his last fight in September 2024, he knocked out his compatriot Anthony Joshua.
