The winner of the two-match confrontation between Ukraine and Belgium will receive the right to play in the elite division of the League of Nations.
The head coach of the Belgian national team, Rudi Garcia, has decided on the list of players called up for the playoff matches against Ukraine for the right to play in the elite division of the next Nations League.
The “devils” application for the matches with the Ukrainians included 26 players, including the main goalkeeper of Real Madrid Thibaut Courtois , who last played for the national team back in June 2023.
Thibaut had a conflict with the then head coach of the national team, Domenico Tedesco, because of which he was not called up to the national team.
