Manchester City interested in transferring Milan leader

  • Manchester City have made midfield one of their main targets for the summer transfer window and, according to Rudi Galetti, their plans include a move for impressive AC Milan midfielder Tijani Reynders.

The Dutchman has been in excellent form for Milan this season, and his performances have impressed the club so much that he has been given a contract extension until 2030 with a pay rise. However, if Milan fail to qualify for the Champions League, the club may be willing to sell the player if a big offer comes in.

Manchester City initially set a budget of £42m for Reynders, but his consistent performances saw the club increase the budget to £50m.

There have been no official offers from Man City at the moment, but the club are monitoring the situation closely and are prepared to make a move when the right opportunity arises. In addition to City, Manchester United and Chelsea are also interested in the player.

Let's add that this season Reynders has 13 goals and 4 assists in 42 matches for Milan in all competitions.
