Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has cancelled the first-team players' day off following their defeat to the Under-21s, The Athletic reports.
According to the source, Maresca was unhappy with the performance of his players in a friendly match that took place during the international break. The match involved first-team players who had not been called up to their national teams, as well as several U-21 players, including young footballers under 16.
The match ended with a crushing defeat for the first team with a score of 0:3, which led to the cancellation of the day off scheduled for March 27.
