Ancelotti is keeping the Belgian safe, and Lunin gets the chance to play for the club for the second match in a row

Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is not included in the team's roster for the home (return) match of the 1/2 final of the Spanish Cup against Real Sociedad .
It has recently become known that Courtois continues to experience discomfort due to muscle strain. There is no serious threat to the Belgian's health, but the coaching staff of the Whites prefers to play it safe and give Thibaut additional time to recover.
Thus, Ukrainian Andriy Lunin gets a chance to prove himself again. It was previously reported that he will be the one to defend the Blancos’ goal against Leganes in the championship and the rival from San Sebastian in the Copa Del Rey.
Lunin played his 11th match for Real in all tournaments of the current season against Leganes (3:2). He has four clean sheets and 15 goals conceded.
Let us recall that Carlo Ancelotti's team won the first semi-final match away from home against the Basques with a score of 1:0. There, too, Lunin defended the goal of the Creams, and played at a high level. The return match will take place at the Santiago Bernabeu tomorrow, April 1. The start is at 22:30 Kyiv time.
