BC Rivne beat Zaporizhia (76:68) in the first match of the quarterfinal series of the FAVBET Super League-2024/25 .
Rivne finished the first quarter with a six-point lead, but in the second ten minutes Zaporizhia managed to even things out on the court, going into the long break with a minimal one-point deficit.
The third quarter was key in the game. In it, the home team managed to take a seven-point lead and then hold on to the winning score quite calmly.
The most productive player of the match was CJ Williamson, who was named FAVBET Super League MVP in March. The American scored 21 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in today's match.
The second match of the series between BC Rivne and Zaporizhia will take place on Saturday, April 5. Let us remind you that the series itself will last until two victories of one of the teams.
