Nintendo Switch 2, the successor to the Nintendo Switch system, will be released in 2025. Today, Nintendo presented a first look at the Nintendo Switch 2 in a video showcasing the new hardware. This was reported by Industrial Zaporizhzhia, citing the official Nintendo website.
The Nintendo Switch 2 supports exclusive games for the Nintendo Switch 2, as well as physical and digital Nintendo Switch games. Some Nintendo Switch games may not be supported or fully compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2. Further details will be shared later on the official Nintendo website.
Additional information about the Nintendo Switch 2 will be revealed during the broadcast “Nintendo Direct: Nintendo Switch 2 – 4.2.2025,” scheduled for Wednesday, April 2.
Nintendo will also host Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events, where users can test the Nintendo Switch 2 in cities around the world.
