The Range Rover Sport SV crossover once became the most powerful car of the brand. This modification is valuable and unique in itself, but JLR periodically releases special edition collectibles based on it. The latest new product, called Park City Edition, is addressed to “enthusiasts of luxury winter sports.”
RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to the company’s press service.
The Park City Edition is named after the most popular ski resort in the American state of Utah. At the same time, the authors cite the Alpine landscape as a source of inspiration. It is not surprising that the crossover body is painted in an exclusive white color Lyra Gloss, which contrasts beautifully with the decor and nameplates made of dark chrome.
The interior of the special edition has a combination of natural leather trim in light and dark colours. Like the base Range Rover Sport SV, the special edition is finished with carbon fibre trim, including inserts on the back of the front seats, the centre console and the door panels.
No technical changes have been announced. The Range Rover Sport SV is equipped with a 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine that produces 635 hp and 750 Nm. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive transmission with an active rear differential. The crossover has a fully controlled chassis and hydropneumatic suspension. Acceleration to “hundreds” in combat mode of the SV takes only 3.8 seconds, the maximum speed is 290 km / h.
Only three Range Rover Sport SV Park City Edition cars will be produced. All of them are intended for the US, each costs at least 240 thousand dollars. Interestingly, the Park City Edition special version comes with two pairs of Range Rover-Hinterland mountain skis and roof racks for transporting them.
