How to see your Instagram view history? 3 quick ways

Have you been browsing through a delicious breakfast recipe, information about your next date night in town, or an interesting video, but you didn't have time to save it or share it with your friends when it disappeared? It happens to the best of us. So how do you view your Instagram view history now?
Although Instagram doesn't have a dedicated view history feature, it does allow you to save content to a folder and also has a “Your Activity” section that displays all the posts and videos you've liked and commented on, as well as profiles you've recently searched for. How to view your Instagram view history: method 1
What to do: Check which posts and videos you liked using “Your Activity.”
While Instagram may not give you a summary of all the posts or videos you've scrolled through, it does give you a detailed list of the ones you've interacted with. This includes all the content you've liked and commented on. Here's how to do it:
- Go to your Instagram profile and click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner.
- Select “Your Activity” and you'll find the “Likes” and “Comments” options, clicking on which will show you the posts/videos you've liked and commented on, respectively. You can also filter posts from newest to oldest based on dates, content types, and authors.
- Next, you can scroll down the Recent Searches tab to get a list of all the accounts you've searched for.
Method 2: View your favorite content using the Saved folder
Instagram doesn't have a feature that shows your entire viewing history. But you can still go back and view posts and videos you've liked, as well as go to your “Saved” folder. Source: pexels.com
- Instagram allows you to save videos or posts that interest you in the “Saved” folder, which can be accessed through the “Settings” menu.
- Click on the three-dot menu at the bottom left of the video or post you like and select “Save.”
- Go to your Instagram profile, select “Settings and Activity” and tap the “Saved” option.
- Click on “All Posts” to see your saved content. There is also a separate folder for all your saved audio recordings. You can also create additional folders to categorize different types of content.

- What to do: Use accounts and hashtags.
If the above methods don't help you find what you're looking for, you'll have to rely on your memory. If you remember the profile name or the tags used in the post, you can do a quick search on the Explore page. If you're lucky, the video might show up in the search.
These methods don't guarantee that you'll be able to view your entire Instagram viewing history, but they're the only hacks available at the moment.
