- one-room apartment in the center – 2,219.79 pounds (120 thousand hryvnia), on the outskirts – 1,623.96 pounds (85 thousand hryvnia);
- two-room apartment – 2,500 – 3,200 euros (135-172 thousand hryvnia);
- three-room apartment in the center – 4,218.57 pounds (227 thousand hryvnia), in the suburbs – 2,744.05 pounds (148 thousand hryvnia).

Paris
Living in Paris is 142.3% more expensive than in Kyiv, and rent is 197.9% higher.
What are the housing prices:
- one-room apartment in the city center – 1,365.64 euros (62 thousand hryvnia), on the outskirts – 1,018 euros (46 thousand hryvnia);
- two-room apartment – 1700 – 2200 euros (77-99 thousand hryvnia);

Overall, life in Berlin is 115.9% more expensive than in Kyiv, and rent is on average 139% higher.
In the German capital, housing is rented for:
- one-room apartment in the city center – 1,218 euros (55 thousand hryvnia), on the outskirts – 897.96 euros (40 thousand hryvnia);
- two-room apartment – from 1300 to 1900 euros (59-86 thousand hryvnia);
- a three-room apartment in the city center costs 2,239 euros (101 hryvnia), on the outskirts – 1,678.18 euros (76 thousand hryvnia).

On average, life in Madrid is 74% more expensive than Kyiv, and rental prices
142.8% higher.

- one-room apartment in the center – 1,341 euros (60 thousand hryvnia), on the outskirts – 959.47 euros (43 thousand hryvnia);
- two-room apartment – 1500 euros (68 thousand hryvnia);

Living in Prague is 65.8% more expensive than Kyiv, and rent is 100%.
What are the prices for housing in Prague:

The cost of rent in Kyiv remains one of the lowest in Europe. Prices in some areas of the Ukrainian capital start from 9 thousand and reach 36 thousand for a one-room apartment.
What is the average rental cost:
- one-room apartment – 16,500 hryvnia;
- two-room apartment – 25,000 hryvnia;
- three-room apartment – 41,900 hryvnia.
