Since the start of the full-scale war, the Russians have lost more than 900 thousand soldiers, - General Staff

Over the past 24 hours from March 20 to 21, the Russian invaders' troops lost 1,330 soldiers, more than 100 artillery systems and 17 tanks in the war against Ukraine.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy's total combat losses from 24.02.22 to 21.03.25 were approximately:

  • personnel – about 900,800 (+1330) people were eliminated;
  • tanks – 10,394 (+17) units;
  • combat armored vehicles – 21,589 (+28) units;
  • artillery systems – 24,848 (+101) units;
  • MLRS – 1324 (+2) units;
  • air defense systems – 1111 (+1) units;
  • aircraft – 370 units;
  • helicopters – 331 units;
  • Operational-tactical level UAVs – 30,080 (+185) units;
  • cruise missiles – 3121 units;
  • ships/boats – 28 units;
  • submarines – 1 unit;
  • automotive equipment and tank trucks – 41,259 (+165) units;
  • special equipment – 3782 (+2) units.

The situation at the front and Russian attacks

According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Defence Forces have had success in the Belgorod region, but the enemy is pressing in four other directions.

Last night, the invaders again launched a massive attack on Ukraine with Shahed drones.

In Odessa, enemy UAVs damaged civilian and commercial infrastructure. Large-scale fires broke out in the city.

In addition, the Russians fired guided bombs at the suburbs of Zaporozhye. Six people were injured.
