On March 28, an award ceremony was held in Kyiv as part of the annual FinAwards awards, which determines the best in the financial sector of Ukraine.

The event, organized by the Ministry of Finance and Finance.ua portals, brought together more than 150 nominees in 36 categories, including leading banks, non-banking organizations, IT companies, insurance companies, influencers and other representatives of the fintech business. The award recognized companies that implement innovations and ensure high standards in the economic sector. The winners were determined based on the results of user voting and the assessment of the expert jury.
Every year, FinAwards brings together the best representatives of the industry who set trends and determine the future of the financial sector. This year's competition was no exception. Fintech market players continue to improve their products, and competition between companies is becoming increasingly intense.
This year, Moneyveo received 4 gold medals in the following nominations: “Best CEO of a microfinance organization” – awarded to Sergey Sinchenko, “Best Marketing Manager (MFI category)” – awarded to Serafima Olina, “Best MFI” and “Best MFI for service quality”.
The company also won 3 silver medals in the following categories: “Expert of the Year in the FinTech Market” – Sergey Sinchenko, “Best Loyalty Program”, “Cheapest MFI Loan”.
Thanks to the active development of financial inclusion, transparent conditions, high level of data protection and automated loan processing process, Moneyveo manages to maintain leadership in the non-bank consumer loan market. The company makes financial services available to a wide range of consumers, including those who do not have the opportunity to use traditional banking services.

This is confirmation that we not only maintain leadership, but also set new ambitious goals for further development,” emphasized Moneyveo CEO Sergey Sinchenko.
Moneyveo's success in the market is determined not only by innovations. The company is known for its active social position, in particular, its assistance to the Ukrainian military. Over the past three years – since the beginning of the full-scale war – Moneyveo has transferred 20 million hryvnias to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and also handed over 52 FPV drones and several units of equipment to the defenders.
In addition, the company regularly fulfills requests from fighters by sending equipment, thermal imagers, diesel generators and medical supplies to the front.
FinAwards 2025 was an important event for the Ukrainian financial industry, which not only highlighted the achievements of the leaders of the financial sector, but also demonstrated the country's ability to adapt to new challenges. This year's award was a clear confirmation that even in difficult economic circumstances, Ukraine is actively developing innovative financial technologies, which makes services more accessible and convenient for citizens. At the same time, the award noted social initiatives that are becoming increasingly important for companies and their interaction with society.
The event also included a charity fundraiser to support the 44th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The funds raised will be used to purchase drones and combat equipment.
In this way, the FinAwards organizers emphasized the importance of creating a socially responsible environment that actively supports important initiatives and contributes to the development of the country, especially in modern conditions.
