BMW has unveiled a limited edition 3-Series model to celebrate its 50th anniversary. It is known that the first market for the anniversary “troika” will be China.
RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to the company’s press service.
It is noted that the differences from the usual “troikas” come down to the decor and original 19-inch wheels with five textured spokes.
Other features of the anniversary edition include 50 Jahre logos on the B-pillars, embossed number “3” on the front headrests, a red mark on the steering wheel and a special plaque on the transmission tunnel.
It is known that the BMW 330i 50 Years Edition will be released in a run of 1,000 units, its extended version 330Li 50 Years Edition – in the amount of 1,400 units, and the anniversary electric car i3 eDrive40L will find 100 buyers. All cars are rear-wheel drive, the petrol version develops 245 hp and 400 Nm, the electric – 340 hp and 430 Nm. According to preliminary data, the anniversary BMW 3-Series will be offered in other markets during the year.
