Infographics As of the third week of December, Ukraine had harvested 78.7 million tons of this year’s crop, of which 57.86 million tons of grains and 20.76 million tons of oilseeds.

Harvesting of grain and leguminous crops was carried out on an area of 10,509 thousand hectares with a yield of 55.1 c/ha.
Including corn, 3573.1 thousand hectares were threshed with a yield of 77.3 c/ha, 27.62 million tons were threshed;
4694.5 thousand hectares of wheat were threshed with a yield of 47.9 c/ha, 22.48 million tons were threshed;
1,504.5 thousand hectares of barley were threshed with a yield of 39.3 c/ha, 5.91 million tons were threshed;
154.4 thousand hectares of peas were threshed with a yield of 25.9 c/ha, 399.5 thousand tons were threshed;
140 thousand hectares of buckwheat were threshed with a yield of 14.8 c/ha, 207.5 thousand tons were threshed;
79.5 thousand hectares of millet were threshed with a yield of 22.7 c/ha, 180.2 thousand tons were threshed.
362.6 thousand hectares of other grain and leguminous crops were threshed, 1.07 million tons were threshed.
Oilseed crops were harvested on an area of 8,221 thousand hectares.
In particular, sunflower was threshed on an area of 5,018.9 thousand hectares, 11.97 million tons of seeds were threshed with a yield of 23.9 c/ha;
soybeans were threshed on an area of 1,805.6 thousand hectares, 4.78 million tons were threshed with a yield of 26.5 c/ha;
rapeseed was threshed on 1,396 thousand hectares, 4.005 million tons of seeds were threshed with a yield of 28.7 c/ha.
The cleaning has been completed in all regions, the press service noted.
According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, sugar beets were harvested on an area of 248.6 thousand hectares, 11.86 million tons of sweet roots were dug up with a yield of 477 c/ha.
As reported, in early December, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food raised the forecast for gross production of grains and oilseeds in Ukraine in 2023 to 81.3 million tons.
As of early November 2023, Ukrainian farmers have harvested about 29 million tons of vegetables.
