The National Bank of Ukraine set the official dollar exchange rate at UAH 41.28 for August 23. It has fallen by 1 kopeck.

The euro has risen in price by 9 kopecks and costs UAH 45.98. The official exchange rate of the Polish zloty is 10.74 UAH.
- The dollar is sold at exchange offices for an average of 42 UAH. It is bought for 41.4 UAH.
- The euro is offered at exchange offices for 46.1 UAH. Sold at 45.8 UAH.
