By law, Kudritsky can be fired by a majority vote of the company's Supervisory Board, which currently has six members.
The head of NEC Ukrenergo, Vladimir Kudritsky, may soon be dismissed from his post.
This was reported by Ekonomichna Pravda, citing informed sources in the Cabinet of Ministers and one of the energy companies.
According to one of the interlocutors, the energy issue was one of the topics discussed at the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters today.
“They talked about eliminating the consequences of the latest Russian attack and building protective structures. Kudritsky is accused of improperly implementing previous decisions of the Headquarters and poorly protecting Ukrenergo facilities,” he says.
By law, Kudritsky can be fired by a majority vote of the company's Supervisory Board, which currently has six members.
It should be noted that Volodymyr Kudrytsky has been heading Ukrenergo since 2020.
Recall that, as stated in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, the High Anti-Corruption Court recently ordered NABU to open a pre-trial investigation against the Chairman of the Board of Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytsky. NABU is now obliged to begin an investigation into possible criminal offenses committed by the Chairman of the Board of Ukrenergo.
Shock! Energy specialists are facilitating Russia's missile terror – Kudritsky provides evidence!
