The platform will be integrated with other information systems, which will ensure data exchange.
The government has made a number of decisions to strengthen the state, including a step towards streamlining housing and utilities services.
This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
Ukrainians will have access to an electronic account, where they will be able, among other things, to familiarize themselves with tariffs and sign an agreement with service providers.
In particular, the new system:
- automates processes
- provides accessible and convenient services
- improves consumer accounting
- allows for better control over the quality of services
“Users will receive an electronic account and will be able to obtain all the information about managers, service providers, prices and tariffs, the results of reviewing their requests. They will also be able to conclude or terminate an agreement online,” the head of government noted.
Earlier it was reported that in Ukraine, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, debts for utilities have increased by a third. The largest number of defaulters are in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
