Ukrainians who do not have a smartphone can go to the bank branches where they receive their pension to apply for the “Winter ePidtrimka” payment. This can be done with a push-button telephone.

To apply for an account, you must have a passport, identification code and a mobile phone. Bank specialists will help you complete all the necessary procedures. After the physical plastic card is produced, a bank employee will call by phone to invite the client to pick it up.
This card will allow you to pay for Ukrainian goods, medicines and utilities, but you cannot withdraw cash from it.
Banks continue to accept applications for cards, but they are not yet issued.
Pensioners and recipients of social benefits served through Ukrposhta are automatically included in the program. Postal workers or postmen will inform them about the accrual of a thousand hryvnias when paid in December.
Recall that from December 1, 2024, the “Winter e-support” program was launched in Ukraine, according to which every Ukrainian, including children, has the opportunity to receive a thousand hryvnias to pay for services and goods.
