Meat and milk prices fell in March.
In Ukraine some products become cheaper. Compared to February, in March of this year average prices for goods in Ukraine decreased by 0.2%.
This is evidenced by data from the State Statistics Service.
According to the department, < strong>in March prices decreased for:
- milk – 0.3%
- meat and meat products – 0.4%
- vegetables – 0.6%
- sunflower oil – 1.5%
- sugar – 2.5%
- eggs – 16.4%
Consequently, prices increased the most:
- fruit – 4.1%
- oil – 0.8%< /li>
- bread and bakery products – 0.4%
- pasta – 0.3%
- fish and fish products – 0.2%
< li>cheese – by 0.2%
Earlier it became known that greenhouse cucumbers have fallen in price in Ukraine. One of the reasons is the warm and sunny weather in most regions.
The Ministry of Agricultural Policy believes that in 2024 prices for basic products in Ukraine will remain stable, but only those produced in Ukraine.< /p>
