In January, the State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to hold 42 online auctions for the lease of state assets.
The press service of the State Property Fund reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
Among the best offers of the month, the Fund named an asset in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, consisting of 29 buildings and structures with an area of almost 3.5 thousand square meters. An additional advantage of renting a premises is that there are no restrictions on its intended use. Starting price – 38.8 thousand UAH.
Investors will also be offered part of the premises in a building in the center of Kyiv, near the Taras Shevchenko metro station, with a total area of 42 sq.m. The auction is scheduled for January 25.
In the same building, part of the premises on the ground floor with an area of 35.3 square meters will be auctioned. It is noted that the facility is connected to electricity and water supply. The auction is scheduled for January 19.
According to the State Property Fund, in 2023, 978 new lease agreements were concluded for an amount of almost UAH 9.5 million. per month. On an annual basis, this amounts to about UAH 113 million.
In general, the State Property Fund concluded 14.3 thousand lease agreements, which in 2023 brought UAH 766 million to the state treasury.
As reported, the State Property Fund of Ukraine in January-October 2023 attracted UAH 634 million to the state budget from the rental of state property.
