In Kyiv, the average salary as of mid-December 2023 was 14.1 thousand hryvnia. This was announced by the director of the Kiev City Employment Center Dmitry Novitsky in an interview with Ukrinform.

“The average salary in vacancies as of mid-December 2023 is 14.1 thousand UAH,” said Novitsky.
When In this regard, he noted that there are vacancies with a much higher salary level, but also with fairly high requirements for the future employee. For example, specialists in the IT field are offered up to 110 thousand UAH. The salary of skilled workers with tools is also at a good level – 30-35 thousand UAH.
According to Novitsky:
- employers offer food sellers and security guards an average of 11.1 thousand. UAH; electricians of various specializations – up to 14.9 thousand UAH; for mechanics of various specializations – up to 22.0 thousand UAH; for teachers – up to 12.7 thousand UAH; doctors of various specializations – up to 25 thousand UAH.
Minimum salary
The director of the Kyiv City Employment Center also added that the minimum salary is offered to a ticket inspector, forwarder, cloakroom attendant, gardener, etc.
