At a meeting on Wednesday, December 27, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to extend the current electricity tariffs for the population until May 1, 2024. Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal reported this.

“Today we continue the PSO effect on electricity until the end of April next year. As promised, for household consumers the price of electricity will continue to be 2.64 UAH per kWh, which will avoid increasing the load on family budgets during the heating season,” Shmygal wrote in Telegram.

From June 1, the Cabinet of Ministers almost doubled the tariff for electricity for the population – to 2.64 UAH per kWh.
The “Ministry of Finance” wrote that tariffs for electricity for business will remain without changes until spring.
