Now, these categories of borrowers can purchase apartments in a building no older than 10 years, but provided that the property is located in the city of Kyiv or in the regional center. And without restrictions on the date of operation in other localities.
The second change assumes that now borrowers will be able to buy not only apartments, but also private houses or townhouses after they are put into operation, but not older than 3 years.< /p>
