Due to deteriorating weather conditions, in particular the accumulation of wet snow and ice, about 400 settlements in Ukraine are without power. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

The most difficult situation is in the Dnepropetrovsk region – more than 200 settlements were left without electricity.
In Krivoy Rog, in particular, more than 15 thousand subscribers are without electricity. Boiler houses and pumping stations operate on generators. Due to icy lines, trams and trolleybuses are not operating.
About 80 settlements are without power in the Kirovograd region. In the Odessa and Nikolaev regions there are 58 and 54 settlements, respectively.
Almost 9 thousand subscribers were left without electricity in the Kyiv region due to bad weather.
