British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced the provision of military assistance to Ukraine worth £2.5 billion. Interfax-Ukraine reports this.

“The UK today wants to announce the largest package of defense assistance to Ukraine since the beginning of the war in the amount of 2.5 billion pounds. This means more security, anti-tank weapons, missiles, hundreds of thousands of new artillery shells, training of thousands of Ukrainian military,” he said in Kiev.
Sunak’s visit to Kiev
Today, January 12 , British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak arrived in Kyiv on a working visit. During the visit, he met with President Vladimir Zelensky.
