The National Bank temporarily deprived all shareholders of Avangard Bank of voting rights

The National Bank temporarily revoked the voting rights of all shareholders of Avangard Bank, which is associated with Valeria Gontareva, as well as with the ICU company, the largest broker in Ukraine on the bond market. The regulator made the decision on January 22, 2024.

The bank’s shareholders are citizens Ukrainians who live in London, Konstantin Stetsenko and Makar Pasenyuk, as well as several companies owned by them. The decision of the National Bank is likely related to the court case filed by the Ministry of Justice.
