Since the beginning of 2024, more than 1 thousand Ukrainian families have taken out loans for the purchase of housing under the “Eoselya” program for UAH 1.8 billion. This is reported by the Ministry of Economy.

How many loans received
In total, since the start of the program, 7,400 families have already received loans for a total amount of UAH 11.2 billion.
“This year, 1,000 Ukrainian families have already taken out loans for the purchase of housing under the Oselya program for a total of 1. 8 billion UAH. More than half of the loans were received by contract military personnel and security forces, 9% by doctors, 8% by teachers and scientists,” said First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko.
Who can take out a loan< /h3>
The ministry reminded that representatives of these professions can take out a mortgage loan at 3%. 30% of borrowers this year took out a loan on the terms of a mass mortgage – at 7%.
Such a loan is available to all Ukrainians who do not have their own home or need to improve their living conditions,” the message says.
Ukrainians also have the opportunity to purchase under the program not only an apartment, but also a private house or townhouse, the Ministry of Economy explained.
Last week, Ukrainians received 154 loans worth 248 million under the eOselya program UAH, among which:
- 83 military and security officials, 11 teachers, 15 doctors and 3 scientists received loans at 3%; loans at 7% were received by 33 Ukrainians without their own home, 2 IDPs and 7 veterans.

More often, loans were taken out to purchase housing on the secondary market (107 loans) and from developers (40). Also, 7 Ukrainians took out loans to purchase an apartment under construction.
