In Ukraine, demand in the real estate market has intensified, primarily due to the purchase of housing with the help of government programs – “eOselya” and “eRestoration”, as well as by military personnel or members of their families. Liga.net writes about this with a link to the first vice-president of the Union of Real Estate Specialists Larisa Stavinoga.

“Since February, we have seen a revival in the market, but it concerns certain segments. That is, there is no complete revival. There is activation in the residential real estate segment up to $150,000, because this is the target audience of buyers buying with government funds. Now the state programs “eOselya” and “єRestoration” are working very well, payments to combatants and so on,” says Stavinoga.
According to Stavinoga, now there is a demand for comfort and economy class housing, while how luxury real estate is “worth”.
