In February 2024, banks accredited five developers under the eOcelya affordable mortgage lending program. Apartments in the five residential complexes they built are available for purchase with a mortgage at the construction stage, which means that 64 houses from 27 developers are already available at the initial stage. You can choose housing in the Volyn, Rivne, Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnitsky, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkov, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions.
In total, partner banks of the eOselya program 27 developers have already been accredited:
- “Eco-Dom”, “Geos”, PE “Alliance Novostroy”, LLC “Alliance Novostroy”, “Riel”, “DSK-Zhilstroy”, “Royal House”, “Kreator-Stroy”, “Intergal Stroy”, City Utilities enterprise “Vinnitsa Municipal Investment Fund”, private enterprise “Stroymontazhservis”, Lutsk DSK, “Prostranstvo”, “Trest Zhilstroy-1”, “KSM group”, Construction production and commercial company “Fedorchenko”, BC “Orbita”, “Blago Stroy” , “Comfort Center Zaporozhye”, “Construction Initiative”, “Yuzhstroykontrakt”, “Bucha Gorstroy”, “Poltavtransstroy”, “ARS-Dom”, “Kommertsstroy-S”, “Promstroy-1”, “Dita”.
Apartments at the construction stage within the framework of “eOcel” can be purchased by submitting an application to Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Skybank and Globus Bank.
In total during the period of operation “EOseli” citizens purchased 2,071 apartments in finished new buildings and 166 in houses under construction on the primary market. At the same time, the total number of mortgages issued was 7,773 for a total amount of more than UAH 11.8 billion.
Today, both representatives of certain professions and citizens who do not own housing or want to improve it can take advantage of the affordable lending program conditions. For contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, doctors and scientists, the preferential rate is 3% per annum. For other categories – combatants, veterans, IDPs, other citizens – the mortgage rate is 7%.
