The first allocation of funds to Ukraine by the European Union under the new four-year Ukraine Facility program will take place next week. This was announced by the European Budget Commissioner Johannes Hahn, writes Interfax-Ukraine.

“I am very pleased to prepare the ground for the first allocation of funds under the program for Ukraine next week. We support Ukraine and invest in our security,” he wrote on the social network X, illustrating the post with the signing of the document.
For his part, Ukrainian Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko thanked the European Commissioner and the EU for supporting Ukraine.
