According to CryptoQuant analysts, the government of the United States of America holds 210,392 BTC worth $14.42 billion, which makes it one of the largest owners of bitcoins, writes Incrypted.

What is known
Experts reported that the US Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service and other departments have not sold a single bitcoin since July 2023. The government's unrealized profits increased by 2.4 times.
Note that earlier analysts of the Arkham platform discovered an address allegedly belonging to the US authorities. It stores 215,245 BTC, which is about $14.68 billion.
