Gas prices for the population will not rise in April. Depending on the gas supply company, a cubic meter of fuel will cost from 7 UAH. 70 kopecks up to 9 UAH 99 kopecks — This is reported by the Gazpravda publication.
Currently, 12 suppliers offer gas to household consumers in Ukraine. For 7 companies the price per cubic meter is lower than 8 UAH, and for 5 it is higher.
98% of Ukrainians are clients of the gas supply company Naftogaz of Ukraine and buy natural gas at a guaranteed price of 7.96 UAH per cubic meter.
However, the current annual tariffs will end in May. Whether the cost of fuel will increase after this has not yet been officially announced.
