The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted changes regarding the crossing of the state border by bachelor students. People's Deputy Alexey Goncharenko reports this in his Telegram channel.

What has changed
Now bachelor's students from 18 to 22 years old (masters of medical, pharmaceutical and veterinary studies) who study at universities in Ukraine, will be able to travel abroad for an internship.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine noted that in order to cross the border to participate in the academic mobility program, male students must:
- be at the age of 18 to 22 years; not be subject to conscription during mobilization; study full-time in institutions of higher education of state or municipal ownership; obtain a bachelor's degree (master of medical, pharmaceutical or veterinary); become a participant in academic mobility for a period of 1 semester.
Documents required to cross the border
- student e-ticket; direction from ZVO; a certified copy of the agreement with a foreign university on admission to the academic mobility program; military reference document from the TCC The Ministry of Education and Science will not issue any special permits.
We would like to remind you that in Ukraine, since the beginning of martial law, the rules for crossing the border have changed. Men liable for military service from 18 to 60 years old do not have the right to leave Ukraine.
