The Cabinet of Ministers developed a concept note for the state program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” with its reorientation to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), thereby fulfilling all the beacons provided for by the Memorandum on the EFF extended financing program from the IMF for March. This was announced by Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

What is known
“Even more, it (the concept note for “5−7−9%”) has already been adopted by the government. We have now received feedback from the IMF and have finalized it. I don’t see any special problems there in the note or in other activities, we are doing everything on time,” the minister said.
According to him, Ukraine has completed all the necessary structural beacons, the deadline for which was until the end of March this year .

Also, the head of the Ministry of Finance noted the successful completion of the third revision of the EFF program, the results of which $880 million came into the budget.
“We are now taking the necessary steps to prepare for the fourth screening, which we expect will hopefully be no later than June (…), and we will continue to work . This is the main track for us, and we very carefully fulfill our obligations,” added Marchenko.
