In April, the Russian Federation reduced fuel oil exports from ports by 24% compared to April last year and by 11% against the March level, to 815,000 barrels per day.
Sea exports of oil (straight gasoline) also fell – by 20 and 15%, respectively, to 322,000 barrels per day.
Indicators became the lowest since observation, that is, at least since 2017.
In April, seaborne diesel exports also continued to decline. The indicator fell by 23% compared to the March level and by 28% by April 2023, reaching 762,000 barrels per day. At the same time, the export of gasoline from Russia is prohibited from March 1 for six months.
