The Ukrainian budget needs 400-500 billion hryvnia this year. This was stated by the Chairman of the Budget Committee, MP Roksolana Pidlasa.

She spoke about this following a meeting with German Ambassador Martin Jägerach.
“The main topic of conversation, of course, is the implementation of the State Budget 2024 and changes to the budget to cover the “hole” of 400-500 billion UAH this year. Here we are waiting for the Government’s initiative,” Podlasa said.
At the same time, she noted that the issue of financing the state budget of Ukraine for 2025 and the possibility of attracting $50 billion from Russian assets, which is being discussed by the G7 countries, remains open “.
