This decision was made by the Committee for Supervision and Regulation of Activities of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on July 15, 2024. It came into force on July 16, 2024.
Background
On June 10, 2024, a measure of influence was applied to the specified institution in the form of a requirement to take measures aimed at eliminating (correcting) the identified when supervising violations and bringing activities into compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
The influence measure was applied due to the failure to submit to the National Bank a file with reporting indicators FR0 “Financial reporting data” for the first quarter of 2024 within the time frame specified in Column 5 of Appendix 5 to the Rules for the Preparation and Submission of Reports by Participants in the Non-Bank Financial Services Market to the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the NBU Board of November 25, 2021 No. 123 (as amended). The violation was not eliminated.
