By the close of the interbank market, the dollar exchange rate rose by 6 kopecks in purchases and by 7 kopecks in sales. The euro rose by 52 kopecks in purchase and by 53 kopecks in sale.

On the cash market, the hryvnia to dollar quotes are 41.00-41.50 UAH. The euro is bought for 44.40 UAH and sold for 44.99 UAH.

In exchange offices, the dollar is traded for 41.45-41.55 UAH, the euro – 44.90-45.13 UAH.

The sharp rise in the euro is due to the recalculation of the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia on our interbank market and the rise of the euro against the dollar on external markets, where the euro rose to 1.0907 (at the time of writing the news).
