The new tender will be held within 7-16 days using the Prozorro system.
“Okhmatdet” Charity Foundation will transfer funds to the institution’s treasury account, so the next tender will take place in the Prozorro electronic system and according to the rules of public procurement,” Lyashko said.
Creation of a supervisory and audit board
Following the scandal over the tender, the Ministry of Health and Okhmatdet are initiating the creation of a supervisory and audit council, which will include the six most donating benefactors, as well as one representative from the Ministry of Health and the hospital, and representatives of construction contractors. In total, the council will have 15 people.
The council must create criteria by which a contractor will be selected to restore the Okhmatdet building. After that, a tender will be held through Prozorro.

Recall
“Minfin” wrote that the Ministry of Health contacted law enforcement agencies to conduct additional checks of the tender for the repair of the damaged building of the Okhmatdet hospital due to the scandal surrounding the fact that the Okhmatdet Charitable Foundation selected a little-known winner of the tender for the repair of the damaged building of the hospital, whose prices were among the most expensive.
