For the first 7 months of this year, the revenues of the general fund of local budgets amounted to UAH 247.3 billion, which is 4.4% (-UAH 11.4 billion) less than for the same period last year. This was reported by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danylo Getmantsev, citing data from the Ministry of Finance.

He clarified that revenues decreased in all regions, except for Kyiv (+24.8% or by 10 billion UAH.) and Kyiv region (+0.8%).
However, if we do not take into account the military personal income tax last year, then the revenues of local budgets grew by 24% (+47.8 billion UAH).
Inter-budget transfers in the amount of 113.2 billion UAH were transferred from the state budget to local budgets. This is 5.5% more (+6.1 billion UAH) compared to the same period last year.
For 7 months of 2024, the annual plan for general fund revenues was fulfilled by 62.8% (with the norm being 58.3%).
The largest overfulfillment of the plan was recorded for the tax on the profit of private enterprises, the single tax, and the tax on real estate.
As of July 1, the balances of funds in the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions amounted to 165.1 billion UAH (+3.4 billion UAH for July).
