The largest mobile operator in Ukraine, Kyivstar, has signed an agreement to acquire the online taxi ordering service Uklon. This was reported by the press service of Veon, the parent company of Kyivstar.

Details
After the deal is closed, Kyivstar will acquire 97% of Uklon shares for a total of $155.2 million.
Uklon CEO Sergey Grishkov is expected to remain in his position, where he will continue to develop the company's products and services in Ukraine and other regions. The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
It is noted that Uklon operates in 27 cities of Ukraine and unites more than 100,000 driver-partners on the platform. In 2024, the company made more than 100 million trips and over 3 million deliveries.
In 2023, Uklon entered the delivery business and expanded its operations in Uzbekistan, where Veon's Beeline Uzbekistan also operates.

The Ministry of Finance wrote that in February 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted Kyivstar permission to acquire Uklon.
Previously, Forbes Ukraine estimated the value of this agreement at $40-80 million.
