The State Tax Service of Ukraine exceeded the revenue plan for the first quarter by 36 billion (+12.9% compared to the Finance Ministry's figures). In March, revenue figures were exceeded by 14 billion UAH. This was reported on his Facebook page by the head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, Ruslan Kravchenko.

How much was received in the budget
In March, more than UAH 160 billion was received into the general fund of the state budget from payments controlled by the State Tax Service. This is 9.6% more than planned and 48.7% more than in March 2024.
We have exceeded the indicators for the main payments:
- + 11.3% — personal income tax (actual UAH 27.1 billion), +23.5% — VAT (actual UAH 26.1 billion), +5.9% — corporate income tax (actual UAH 86 billion), +5.1% — excise tax on Ukrainian goods (actual UAH 10.1 billion).
“The positive dynamics of increasing revenues from excise duties on imported goods continues (+48.6% to the plan, or UAH 1.3 billion more). Since the beginning of the year, we have been reimbursing significant amounts of VAT every month. In March — UAH 13.8 billion. This is 23.7% more than in March 2024. Over the quarter, 30% more was reimbursed than in the first quarter of last year,” Kravchenko added.
In addition, he noted, the number of suspended tax invoices is decreasing. There is already a figure of 0.37%. More than 11 thousand enterprises have been removed from the risk list since the beginning of the year.
In the first quarter of 2025, the tax authority exceeded the Ministry of Finance's targets by UAH 36 billion. The total amount of revenues amounted to UAH 315.1 billion (+12.5% compared to the same period in 2024).
