The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine gave permission to a company from the Kuznechnaya group to acquire the transport company Winter Cargo. This is reported on the AMCU website.

“Permission has been given to Kuznechnoye Syryo LLC to acquire a share in the authorized capital of Winter Cargo LLC, ensuring that it exceeds 50 percent votes in the highest governing body of the company,” the message says.

According to YouControl, the main activity of Winter Cargo is river freight transport, other activities include non-specialized wholesale trade, road freight transport and warehousing.
The owner of the LLC is the closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund Skyfall, and the final beneficiaries are the daughters of the former Minister of Ecology Anna and Karina Zlochevsky.
