Citizens of Slovakia have already collected more than 3 million euros through crowdfunding to support the Czech government’s initiative to purchase hundreds of thousands of artillery shells for Ukraine. Interfax-Ukraine writes about this.

As reported on the website of the Municia pre Ukrajinu fundraising project, about 50 thousand donors have already joined the initiative.
“Extraordinary news for Slovakia and for our neighbor Ukraine. The public fundraiser for ammunition for Ukraine has reached another huge milestone – 3 million euros. Our unified support keeps Slovakia on the map of Ukraine's unwavering supporters. If the government doesn’t do it, then we will!” the message says.
The organizers noted that fundraising continues and called for the continuation of “this vital initiative for Ukrainians.”
